Squair advises Épopée Gestion in connection with the financing of the acquisition of a 17,300 m2 industrial and logistics real estate asset

This transaction, worth around 10 million euros and structured as a club deal, marks a key step in Épopée Gestion's diversification strategy in the industrial asset class.

Founded in 2020 by Ronan Le Moal and Charles Cabillic, Épopée Gestion is an investment company, which became a company with a mission in 2024, whose aim is to develop the economy of territories by investing in particular in sustainable real estate. Through this acquisition, making it possible to cross the 200,000 m² threshold² of real estate assets under management, Épopée Gestion continues to expand and confirms its position as a key player in the regional real estate investment market.
