The magazine Contracts Publics devotes the file of its September issue to the following theme: “Managing risks and hazards in public contracts”. This issue addresses the question of the uncertainties and imbalances that public contracts face. Faced with legal, economic or environmental hazards, it proposes concrete ways to help public decision-makers and practitioners secure their projects, strengthen trust with their partners and guarantee the continuity of public policies.
Our partner Steeve Batot contributed to this issue, with an article on the clauses relating to the framework of the office of the contract judge.
