Xiaoman has an expertise in corporate law, applied in particular to private equity transactions (mergers and acquisitions, LBOs, venture capital), and has worked alongside investment funds and financial institutions on the most important acquisitions in Europe, with the main players in the private equity market.
At Squair, Xiaoman assists international companies as well as start-ups or venture capital funds on acquisitions and fundraising operations in France, Europe, Europe, China and the United States. She also works with the firm's clients to advise them on a daily basis in the various areas of corporate law, ranging from day-to-day management to the implementation of complex legal-fiscal arrangements. As part of the legal follow-up of clients, she regularly advises them in the areas of relationships between shareholders, employee shareholding, executive profit-sharing, and more generally equity transactions, often with a multi-jurisdictional component.
Born in Beijing (China), Xiaoman maintains close ties with her native country, which allows her to support her clients both legally and culturally. She not only helps Chinese businesses and individuals invest in Europe, but also assists European clients based in China.
