Familiar with procedural techniques, Magali intervenes, for French and foreign companies, shareholders and managers, both in demand and in defense, before civil and commercial courts, both in general business litigation (debt collection, contractual non-performance, contractual breach, breach of negotiations or contracts, breach of negotiations or contracts, breach of negotiations or contracts, unfair competition and parasitism, sudden termination of established commercial relationships, measures before law, enforcement measures...) and in litigation of company law (asset and liability guarantees, earn- Everything, dismissal of social managers, exclusion of a partner, liability of managers, conflicts between partners...). She assesses with her clients the opportunity to prefer litigation or the search for an amicable solution and organizes a defense in line with the commercial and financial challenges of the case.
Her litigation experience allows her to help her clients develop and enhance their business relationships by defining with them the most appropriate legal framework and contractual strategy, while anticipating the risks of conflict.
Magali also intervenes to identify and manage criminal risks related to the company's activity and its organization. When the company and/or its manager are implicated or victims, it assists them at all stages of the criminal procedure (police custody, investigation, Criminal Court, CRPC...) and implements procedures to defend the company's brand image (defamation, insult, attack on the presumption of innocence, denigration, etc.).
Magali is a member of the APM network (Association Progrès du Management).
