A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Lara joined Squair as an associate in 2025.

She mainly works in employment law, both in advice and in litigation, with companies of all sizes and in all sectors, as well as with employees.

Before joining Squair, Lara had various experiences in several law firms in Paris and Nancy, and also integrated human resources departments in the banking and health sectors.

‍

As such, Lara has developed a technical and pragmatic approach to the legal issues encountered in employment law.
