Edward practices in corporate law, in particular in the execution of equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and management packages. He also assists managers and partners on governance issues, the daily management of the company as well as in the context of restructuring operations.

Before joining Squair in November 2025, he gained experience with several law firms in France and Lebanon.

Edward is a lawyer in Lebanon and is currently preparing for his equivalency in order to join the bar in France.
