Clementine advises IT and digital players in France and abroad. In particular, she advises software publishers, platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce sites, APIs, applications, manufacturers of connected objects... Their common point is innovation and digital technology in various fields such as IT, e-health, Open Data, AI, sustainable development and audiovisual.
Her work takes place at various stages of the development of her clients: start-ups or start-ups, SMEs and ETI. She advises these project leaders on the various topics of computer law and new technologies. In particular, she assists them in drafting contract models, general terms and conditions of sale, commercial negotiations and offers outsourced legal management services.
Clémentine also assists clients on personal data topics. She offers compliance action plans, setting up a GDPR record, privacy policies, cookies analysis, impact analyses and drafting data processing agreement... She is a Data Protection Officer — of several companies in the IT and e-health sectors. For some customers, she also provides a “GDPR hotline” service who want to strengthen their teams.
Clémentine started her career in Paris in 2016 at Osborne Clarke, then at Lerins & BCW. She then created her own firm in Paris in 2020 and joined Squair in 2023.
