A lawyer at the Paris Bar, Charles-Louis assists private equity and venture capital funds both in the context of LBOs and minority equity investments. In addition, he regularly advises French and foreign companies of all sizes in carrying out external growth transactions as well as in the design and implementation of their restructuring and/or management packages.

Finally, Charles-Louis has significant experience in supporting managers and founders in the development of their initial strategy and its implementation as well as the negotiations that accompany it. He regularly works in the fields of education, luxury and entertainment.

Charles-Louis began his activity at the firm Willkie, Farr and Gallagher and then worked at the law firm Chammas and Marcheteau. Previously, he had extensive experience at the law firm Lacher & Lovell-Taylor in New York.
