A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2009, Benoît has extensive experience in issues relating to employment law and social protection law. He supports companies of all sizes — Startups, SMEs/ETI and listed companies — and from all sectors of activity (IT and IT, travel agencies, luxury, retail, health, health, personal services, catering, etc.).
Benoit intervenes both in advice and in litigation. He has thus developed particular expertise in the area of collective working relationships and occupational health. He also has expertise in dealing with technical files relating in particular to working hours or the occasion of acquisition or restructuring transactions. Benoît assists managers of French and foreign companies in their daily management of individual and collective employment relationships, with pragmatism and responsiveness, both in French and in English.
Benoît worked at CMS Bureau Francis Lefebvre and Alérion, both renowned for their employment law practice.
Benoît is also a Lamy and Liaisons Sociales trainer. He was a lecturer in labor law at the University Panthéon-Sorbonne and he continues to work in employment law within the Master 2 Mergers and Acquisitions at the University of Paris-Saclay. He is also the editor or co-editor of articles or professional books (DSO Guide on the obligation to reclassify (AEF), articles for Social Notebooks, etc.).
