A lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2015, then at the Lyon Bar since 2021, Agathe works in commercial and business litigation, liability law and enforcement proceedings.

She assists managers and their companies in all pre-litigation and litigation situations, up to the phase of enforcement of court decisions, whether disputes arising from the execution of contracts, the termination of established commercial relationships, or even unfair competition, parasitism and denigration. Agathe has also developed expertise in litigation related to Corporate and Mergers and Acquisitions activities (post-acquisition, liability insurance, price adjustment), disputes between shareholders or involving the liability of managers.

Favoring alternative dispute resolution methods, its approach consists in preferring the conclusion of amicable agreements when such an outcome is possible and when it is in a position to best protect the interests of its clients.

Agathe worked for 5 years in Parisian firms before joining Lamartine Conseil in Lyon in November 2020. She has been a partner at Squair since 2023.
